· Manage Oakland Renaissance NMTC transactions where we allocated $20M in New Markets Tax Credits into two projects:
- $12M to the Museum of California Arts for renovations, closing on the transaction in 2019.
- $8M to the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center for adaptive reuse, closing on the transaction in 2020.
· Project managed assets through the 7-year NMTC compliance period for Swan's Marketplace, and EBALDC Headquarters, and the subsequent NMTC unwinding process.
· Manage façade and tenant improvement projects in Fruitvale and Coliseum district.
· Property management of former redevelopment agency parcels throughout city. This includes contract negotiation and execution with a local nonprofit organization for maintenance and site improvements.
· Assist with the closing and construction phase of both Fruitvale Transit Village Phase 2 and Coliseum Connections, two mixed-use affordable housing projects located in a TOD designated area.
· Project managed the pre-development and entitlement process for 3050 International Blvd, a mixed-use affordable housing project with ground floor community health center. Expected funding and closing date 2022.
· Draft license agreements with local businesses for the temporary use of vacant parcels.
